Membership in the Association is open to persons of good character who served, or are presently serving, honorably in the United States Secret Service, and to certain other persons who have been a part of the Secret Service family.

REGULAR MEMBERS - Former Special Agents with a minimum of one year of active service.

LIFE MEMBERS - Regular members over the age of 75.

Only regular members and life members may vote or hold office in the association.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - Active Special Agents with a minimum of one year of service.

AFFILIATE MEMBERS - Affiliate Members shall be former or full time non-1811 employees of the United States Secret Service with at least one year of honorable service; and widows or widowers of members. Affiliate Members are not eligible to vote or hold office.

HONORARY MEMBERS - Individuals nominated and approved by the Association's board of directors.
